ROOO - “Stains” (Live Session)

In a room filled with fog and intention, ROOO steps into the light with “Stains” - a hauntingly tender performance captured exclusively for INTROE SONIC.

The session is minimal by design. No distractions. Just ROOO, the mic, and the air around her. Her voice cuts clean through the space - soulful, vulnerable, and deliberate. There's something about her delivery that feels like a quiet confrontation. She doesn’t force you to listen - she makes silence feel heavy enough that you want to.

“Stains” is an unreleased track, and you can feel that rawness. The kind of song still warm from the writing room, still carrying the weight of the first time it was sung aloud. It speaks of the marks left behind - on the body, on the mind, on the memory. Some visible, some not. It's delicate, but not soft. It bruises in the best way.

“It’s about the remnants of love, pain, memory. How people leave parts of themselves on you and how you carry those stains, whether you want to or not.” - ROOO

This performance isn’t polished, and it’s not trying to be. That’s the beauty. It lives in the pause, the breath, the grain of her tone. ROOO lets the lyrics land without rushing. Every line is a thread pulled from somewhere deep, personal, maybe even painful, yet offered up without flinch.

This is what SONIC was made for. Artists like ROOO. Songs like this.
A space where music doesn’t just play - it holds space. It remembers.
It stains.

🖤 Huge thanks to ROOO for trusting us to hold this moment.
